Graphic Designer

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a wide range of design materials across various platforms, including print collateral, digital advertisements, social media graphics, presentations, website elements, and more.
Responsibilities:
Create innovative and compelling visual concepts that align with the brand's identity, values, and objectives.
Design a diverse range of materials using industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
Translate ideas and concepts into visually appealing designs, utilizing typography, imagery, and color theory.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design deliverables.
Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the brand's visual guidelines and assets.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative discussions to contribute creative ideas and solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools.
Solid understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in both print and digital mediums.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Experience:
3-4 years of experience in graphic design.
