Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience in interior design/Lighting Designer, proficiency in Autocad, Sketchup, and 3D software.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and Planning: Create innovative and functional interior design concepts for various projects, including residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces.
2. Technical Drawings: Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications using Autocad, Sketchup, and 3D software.
3. Project Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project execution.
4. Design Development: Develop and maintain design standards, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
2. Experience: 0-3 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on technical drawing, and project coordination.
3. Software Skills: Proficiency in Autocad, Sketchup, and 3D software (such as Revit or 3ds Max).
4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and contractors.
5. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex design problems and develop creative solutions.
