You’ll be responsible for crafting static creatives, motion graphics, reels, and video edits across brand campaigns. Speed, sharpness, and an instinct for current trends are essential. What You'll Do:
Design high-quality static creatives for social media, ads, emailers, and presentations.
Create engaging short-form videos, GIFs, and reels for platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
Work closely with the strategy and content teams to ensure visual alignment with brand goals.
Translate briefs into thoughtful, impactful design solutions—fast.
Use AI tools (like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway ML) to generate mockups, concepts, or support creative workflows.
Adapt designs quickly based on performance insights or client feedback.
Support campaign launches, influencer rollouts, and product storytelling with strong visual assets.
What We’re Looking For:
1–3 years of experience in a digital marketing or creative agency.
Strong portfolio demonstrating static and video work across formats.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Familiarity with AI-powered design tools (or willingness to learn fast).
Highly responsive, collaborative, and deadline-oriented.
Open to feedback, fast on iterations, and committed to quality.
Bonus: Basic knowledge of animation or 3D tools is a plus.
