Nksha Restaurant is seeking an innovative and creative Graphic Designer & Photographer to join our team full-time at our Churchgate location. This hybrid role is perfect for a multi-talented visual communicator eager to define and promote our brand through stunning graphics, menus, print/digital collaterals, and original photography—including reels and dynamic content for social media.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
• Brand Visuals: Create and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all restaurant touchpoints.
• Menus & Collaterals: Design menus, in-store signage, flyers, table tents, loyalty cards, tent cards, and promotional collateral.
• Digital Content: Develop graphics for the website, newsletters, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
• Event Branding: Design creative assets for in-house events, seasonal campaigns, and festival promotions.
Photography & Videography
• Food Photography: Conduct high-quality photoshoots of menu items, drinks, and ambiance to showcase culinary artistry.
• Social Content: Capture lifestyle imagery and create short-form video content (reels, stories, behind-the-scenes) to maximize engagement on platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
• Event Coverage: Document events, special occasions, and chef interactions with visual storytelling in both photo and video.
Content Creation & Management
• Content Planning: Collaborate with marketing, chefs, and management to plan content calendars, campaigns, and special features.
• Post-Production: Edit photos and videos to meet visual standards and brand guidelines.
• Asset Management: Organize and archive all creative assets for easy access and brand consistency.
Technical Proficiency
• Use industry-standard software for design and editing, such as:
• Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
• Canva or similar tools for rapid content creation.
• Stay updated with best practices and new trends in design and food photography/videography.
Requirements
• Experience: 3+ years in graphic design and commercial photography, preferably in hospitality or F&B.
• Portfolio: Demonstrated portfolio of design and photography projects, particularly menus, branding, and social media content.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere Pro), photography equipment, and mobile video editing.
• Creativity: Excellent eye for detail, color, layout, and composition; ability to translate brand values into compelling visuals.
• Content Creation: Skilled at capturing reels, short videos, and social-focused content.
• Team Player: Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to accept feedback and work with varied teams.
• Organization: Capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines without loss in quality or creativity.
