2016 that was led by Kalaari Capital. The
Series B funding round scaled multifold and witnessed an investment of
$25 million by a US-based investment firm - Tiger Global Management in
September 2026. We have a team of highly skilled technology and finance professionals and are currently looking for highly motivated field experts to be part of our high-energy team.
What you’ll do - As part of the UI team within the Product Design function, you will be responsible for producing motion graphic and video content for use within the product ecosystem, from conception to completion byContributing to the creation of a motion design language that integrates into the overarching Design SystemContributing to the development of a system for handling and engaging requests for motion design from different product design streamsWorking closely with UI and UX Designers to conceptualise, sketch storyboards/low-fidelity samples/prototypes, and validate the use of the same in micro animations or larger, more complex motion pieces before moving to production-ready assetsWorking closely with UI, UX or Visual Communication Designers to procure or create assets such as illustrations, icons, etc. required for the motion designs assetsProactively identify opportunities and propose solutions where motion can alleviate the experience by enabling users to understand, interact, and navigate more efficientlyContributing to the development of a system for documenting and handing over motion design assets and specifications to developers so that they are implemented efficientlyMaking interactive prototypes and UI animations using tools such as Principle, Protopie, or After Effects to demonstrate what is technically possible in motion, outside the capabilities of tools such as Figma
Who you are- You have at least 4+ years of experience as a Motion Graphics Designer at an agency, production studio, or as a freelancer. Prior experience working at a product company or on digital products is will be an advantageYou display a solid foundation in the fundamentals of visual and motion design. A prior understanding of UI Design’s fundamentals is not a requirement but will be an advantageYou have a portfolio that displays your skills in tackling real-world ‘problems’ or projects, besides conceptual onesYou have a portfolio that showcases your ability to work with different animation stylesYou have experience working within the brand standards of a product or multiple clientsYou are proficient with Adobe After Effects, and using its presets and pluginsYou are proficient with creating Lottie/JSON-based animation and are aware of its possibilities and limitationsExperience with Photoshop and Illustrator is an advantageExperience with 3D tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender is an advantage Experience with character animation in After Effects is not a requirement but is welcome
