Job Description
• Act as brand guardian by working to and defining brand guidelines.
• Review and process commissioned shoot results, managing or conducting post production.
• Asset creation / content planning for organic social.
• Own and seek to constantly elevate all aspects of graphic output for all departments of the business (Social Media, Retail and E-Commerce).
• Develop and create assets for Digital Marketing including email campaigns and paid social assets as per brand guidelines.
• Work with copywriters and managers from the respective department to produce final design and change it upon the feedback that's given.
• Ensure the final designs and layouts are eye-catching and consistent with White Maison De Couture and White Jewels and matching the brands tonality and language.
• Develop and create assets for company social media channels.
• Conceptualise visuals based on requirements.
• Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic.
• Align all assets to deliver an omni-channel marketing experience.
Requirements :
2+ year experience in a graphic design role. Experience in a similar scale / price point brand, retailer or agency is preferred.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating the above.
• Advanced technical skills on the Adobe Creative Suite, most importantly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop along with Canva.
• Motion Design and video editing / animation skills.
• Excellent eye for detail.
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to multitask. Tenacious and thorough in delivering solutions to problems.
• Deep affinity and understanding of White Maison De Couture and its values.
• The ability to navigate and understand the intricacies of working for an independently owned company.
• Positive attitude with the willingness to make real change in a growing organisation.
• Ability to work efficiently and proactively with a solution-driven approach.
• Confident and articulate presentation skills with the ability to put forward your ideas in their best light to others.
• Genuine personal interest in fashion editorial, lifestyle and cultural trends with an eye for detail and style
