Job Description:
We are currently hiring a Marketing & advertising designer to produce effective campaigns for ads, designs & marketing activities. They work closely with team using type, photography, illustration and colour. An advertising designer has to work within several media, such as in print or Web. They research trends to see what works for customers also designers must have a keen eye for details and a creative mind.
Your Responsibilities
Must have a meticulous eye for detail and ability to problem solve
The main focus of this role is to conceptualize and execute key art and ad campaigns for new show and new season launches, and translate cross-platform
Prepares design concepts for the eCommerce on a daily/weekly basis
Produce all types of collateral, from promotional materials to in-store graphics to packaging
Follows the Marketing Calendar and provides input to the creative process
Participates in team brainstorm activities
Collaborates daily with designers, copywriters, internal channel members, and the marketing team
Creating graphics and detailed product labels
Creating banners to feature in the website home page rotation and SEO optimization
Work collaboratively in an Agile environment, to deliver highly effective campaigns and content
Identify opportunities to push our brands into new and exciting places
Organize, review, edit and retouch product, lifestyle, and action photos
What we are looking for:
Must be a self-starter with a great work ethic who can manage multiple projects, work smart, produce creative solutions within deadlines, and shift gears when necessary without compromising quality
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, CMS Systems, Keynote, PowerPoint and AutoCAD are not required, but a plus
Experience in digital media design (Flash and HTML)
Possesses flexibility in working across multiple projects concurrently, with an ability to shift priorities
Ability to work independently as well with a team
A minimum of 2 years’ design experience, preferably in a marketing department or advertising agency
Proven experience of meshing together different types of media, artworks, in-game screenshots and illustrations
