Graphic Designer
Key Purpose : Preparing communication assets for international use in all channels
Job Family : Sales & Market (Global)
Work Location : Mumbai (Vikhroli) – Hybrid Model Working (3 days WFO, 2 day WFH).
Your Tasks:
• Create new campaign & marketing assets according to current requirements under consideration of existing Design guidelines and brand positioning
• Adapt existing material for different media-output under consideration of existing Design guidelines
• Cooperate with international marketing team in creating & adapting marketing materials.
• Coordinate asset creation or adaptation and time planning with international customers
• Maintenance of design guidelines and templates if necessary
• Creation of icons and info graphics
• Coordination of larger projects with our agencies and service providers
• Image research, image editing (incl. photoshop composings), and image retouching
• Close cooperation with our agencies on graphical concepts
• Liaising with the translation office or international marketing team for the language adaptations
• Upload of media onto central Media Pool & media maintenance acc. to the current rules
• General research and administrative duties
Your Profile:
• A degree or equivalent in media design (digital, print or graphic design)
• Min. 3-6 years professional experience with industrial customers in the agency or corporate side with an excellent portfolio
• Very good graphical and creative skills and the ability to think out of the box
• Professional in handling applications from the Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) as well as MS Office products
• Experience in copy writing with technical background is beneficial
• Good communication skills e.g., to present graphic design ideas
• Attention to detail and willingness to deliver high-quality results
• Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
• Flexibility, high commitment, and a team player
• Intercultural expertise
