Creative Content & Graphic Designer
CLAP is a Creative Learning Arts and Performance company based in Mumbai, India.
Our Creative Content strategy is to create and source compelling, brand-elevating content and communications programs with a high return on investment that inspires customers to shop from our Parent company's store- The BYFT Store and enhances their perception of the brand. As part of the broader content team, the Creative Content Design team works to elevate the brand and creative & design visually compelling creative campaigns that engage our customers and communicate products.
The Creative Content Graphic Designer is responsible for executing aspirational and compelling collaterals that support overall company goals, inspire our consumers to engage and purchase. All work will be done in alignment with the Creative Content Strategy and roadmap. It is expected that this role will gain an understanding of business performance to make informed decisions in their design strategy and execution.
A Creative Content Graphic Designer is expected to:
Keep the brand aspirational, elevated, and chic in everything they do. This is more than executing design, this means seeking out and sharing visuals from the market, our competitors and the world. Keeping up with design trends and understanding what is happening both in the online ecommerce industry and the world of graphic design.
Understanding of what drives the business and engages the consumer. The Creative Content Graphic Designer understands how their work impacts sales. They are expected to seek out and understand what works and what does not, this means asking questions and gaining knowledge of the WHY behind the wins and losses. This knowledge enables the designer to make informed decisions on both their strategy and design execution.
Areas of Creative Content Design support include (but are not limited to):
Social media experience required.
On-Site Content Design experience strongly preferred
App Content Design experience strongly preferred
Digital Advertising (Display, Paid Social, Misc. Formats)
Email
Promotional support
Video (storyboarding, editing, motion graphics)
Influencer Marketing
Retail Support (event collateral, signage)
Product Content and Design ability.
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, CorelDraw )
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Communication is a fast-paced, versatile field that requires some specific skills:
Digital design experience is strongly preferred
Develop and maintain HTML /CSS/ JavaScript-based websites and web pages preferred
Video and Motion Graphics experience are strongly preferred
Elevated + aspirational design skills + vision.
Strong collaboration skills – able to communicate ideas effectively.
Understanding of the eCommerce market and a vision for business-driving tactics.
Insight for the ever-changing channels of consumer communication, especially the power of online marketing and digital experiences.
Creative vision as well as a fine attention to detail in project management.
Ability to maintain a strict calendar of deadlines.
Strong verbal and written skills.
Strong multi-tasking skills.
We are looking for an individual with at least two years of experience but up to six years of design experience, preferably in the Ecommerce industry.
Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts or related field preferred, not required.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
