This role will see you technically and creatively challenged on some of the most interesting developments in India and further afield. The Graphic Designer role will work closely with Regional Discipline Leads and Project Principals in supporting all bidding activity within the region. The incumbent will be design and deliver all qualifications, proposals, presentations and other marketing collateral in alignment with brand standards, with specific focus on the Mumbai and Hyderabad markets in India.

Responsibilities and Accountability
The Graphic Designer’s focus may include, but is not limited to:
• Support in draft of RFQs/RFPs and the requirements for a standard submittal
• Support of high-level work winning bids with the creative and appropriate use of existing work winning templates
• Understand Buro Happold’s portfolio of work, key sectors, and firm wide philosophy and capabilities
• Maintain and update marketing collateral including but not limited to capability statements, resumes, project data sheets, technical approach text, government forms etc
• Maintain and update the India contact database in Outlook
• Create and maintain standard proposal document
• Assist in creating content for internal and external communications in line with our regional/global strategy (newsletters, website news, social media)
• Assist in updating client presentations and reports to add WOW effect
• Create project award submittals and maintain calendar of award opportunities
• As needed research of local, regional and national online sources for potential opportunities
• Research conferences and speaking engagements, key clients, potential clients and anticipated projects
• Assist in planning and organizing internal events
• Exhibition design, from concept through to installation for both internal and external events
• Design of high level, global Marketing Collateral
• Provision of expert advice in appropriate use of the Buro Happold brand
• Provision of expert advice to technical colleagues in the appropriate use of existing work winning templates
• Design of internal communications tools
Required skills
As an experienced Marketing and Business Development professional, it is expected that you could demonstrate...
• 3-4 years of professional experience in a marketing profession with a design or professional services firm, preferably in the construction industry
• High proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• High proficiency with all Microsoft applications
• High attention to detail and an authentic investment in producing high quality materials
• Some graphic design experience a plus but not essential
• Demonstrated work on creating aesthetic marketing content
• A flexible, innovative team player
• Collaboration skills and the ability to successfully establish credibility in the role of advisor
• Collaborate with the Global Marketing Team and network with other BH offices across the globe
Required experience
• Demonstrable foundation of working experience in a professional environment,
• Confident and able to work with internal stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to work on several tasks, under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Intermediate design, illustrative and typographic skills
• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
