You take charge of crafting compelling marketing and promotional visual assets for the brand, across all media channels. Any initiative, activity, etc. that helps you do this, is yours to manage and drive—with us providing our full support, of course.

Responsibilities:

Ideate on, execute and deliver powerful engaging visual ideas and concepts, in line with the creative brief and brand guidelines
Design for campaigns across online and offline platforms, media, and channels
Understand and help enhance the design brief, in line with business objectives
Leverage various design tools and software, and social media platforms, to create more impactful creatives
Collaborate efficiently and productively with other stakeholders, including the copy and design team

Basic requirement
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
Design agency/advertising background—a portfolio that includes beauty brands will be a plus
Mastery over design tools and software including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
Demonstrated expertise in innovative thinking and creative problem solving to work within tight deadlines, timelines, and budgets
