We're looking for people who eat, sleep and think design to join our creative team. Someone who is a storyteller at heart and comes with relevant advertising / digital agency experience. If you are someone with up to 2 years of experience, with #mindblowing design skills this job is for you. Being high on empathy & a sense of ownership, this is for you.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Creation of aesthetic & effective visual designs for campaigns – both offline & online mediums and other internal design requirements that may come up from time to time.
• Possess a strong ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
• Needs to be proactive enough to always be on top of all the branding activities being executed, ensuring that there is always that indelible stamp of Never Grow Up on every touch point of the brand.
• Work on and extend the Never Grow Up brand guidelines into all the design work going out to create a strong and comprehensive visual identity for the brand.
• Mentor senior graphic designers and graphic designers across team.
• Participate in creating a roadmap for campaigns with marketing, creative and content stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate:
• Have impeccable taste and a compulsive eye for detail.
• Be able to quickly deliver strong designs during rapid, iterative processes and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a passion for creating new and creative branding units and marketing collaterals.
• In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, is a must.
• Bonus: Being able to illustrate.
• Bonus: Leadership experience.
Job location: Mumbai
Joining: Immediate (Preferred)
