We are looking for a creative and experienced graphic designer to join our team.
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and effective designs for various digital marketing campaigns and projects. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to conceptualize and execute designs that align with their brand identity and objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand design requirements and project objectives.
2. Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for digital marketing assets, including but not limited to social media graphics, website banners, email templates, infographics, and display ads.
3. Translate client briefs and marketing objectives into creative and engaging visual concepts that effectively communicate the desired message.
4. Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design materials, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and standards.
5. Produce high-quality designs that meet project deadlines and client expectations, while also considering factors such as usability, accessibility, and scalability.
6. Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to integrate visual elements seamlessly into marketing campaigns and initiatives.
7. Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and tools, incorporating innovative ideas into your work to keep our agency at the forefront of digital design.
8. Participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement to enhance the quality of our creative output.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience (1 years) as a graphic designer, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
2. Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), etc.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, with a focus on digital marketing materials and campaigns.
4. Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies as needed to meet evolving project requirements.
5. Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
7. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas and present design concepts to clients and team members.
8. Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality, pixel-perfect designs.
