Our team consists of experts in machine learning and software engineers who have worked at top-tier US tech companies like Apple, etc , and we are passionate about using AI to improve access to credit information for businesses. We have the product on the market, the first clients, and sufficient runway.
We are seeking a talented Associate Product Designer with a robust background in Figma, rapid prototyping, and innovative UI/UX design. This role demands a creative thinker who can brainstorm new products, design intuitive interfaces, and contribute significantly to the development of user-centric solutions in the field of AI and B2B financial information and services.
Responsibilities
• UI/UX Design: Design aesthetically pleasing and highly functional user interfaces using Figma. Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Rapid Prototyping: Quickly translate ideas into visual artifacts and iterate on feedback to refine product designs.
• Product Ideation: Participate in brainstorming sessions to conceptualize new products or features that leverage AI to enhance business information reporting.
• User Research: Conduct user research to gather insights about user needs and behaviors. Apply this knowledge to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with design partners, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and align with business goals.
• Design System Management: Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across the product suite and streamline the design process.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio featuring examples of interaction design and visual design skills.
• Expertise in Figma and other design tools necessary for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Experience with rapid prototyping and dynamic UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• A strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a track record of applying these principles in various projects.
• Knowledge of the latest UI/UX trends, particularly in AI and business intelligence platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment working with cross-functional teams is highly desirable.
