Job Description
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Animator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in visual design and animation, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the eLearning industry, and knowledge of Articulate Storyline will be considered a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Design visually engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital content.
Create 2D charater animations and motion graphics for educational videos, demos, and other learning content.
Collaborate with instructional designers and content developers to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
Convert static designs into animated and interactive content using tools like Adobe Animate and After Effects.
Maintain brand consistency and quality standards across all deliverables.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate, and After Effects.
Candidates should also be aware of how to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to enhance design and animation workflows.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, and composition.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the eLearning domain.
Working knowledge of Articulate Storyline or Articulate Rise.
Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field.
Experience:
1 to 7 years of relevant experience in graphic design and animation.
Freshers with hands-on knowledge of the above-mentioned software are encouraged to apply for internship positions.
