Edstead is a video-on-demand platform and branded content media organisation dedicated to
creating informative and inspiring shows for people of all ages. With a legacy of building multiple
series of successful shows across and various TV channels and online medium, Edstead opens a world

Responsibilities:
● Work closely with the Creative lead, key stakeholders, and marketing teams to understand
the requirements of a creative brief, lead concept led discussions and be able to execute and
provide design solutions
● Help with shaping project strategy, process and goals
● Bring in the best practices and quirky design approach to make the collaterals more
appealing
● Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
● End-to-end management of social media platforms
● Manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
● Take the ownership and responsibility of the work assigned
● Present completed ideas to team members
● Amend designs as per feedback
● Ensure all designs meet technical requirements and are optimized for different devices and
platforms
● Advocate the importance for good design and quality experiences within the team and the
organization
Requirements:
● Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field
● 3 - 7 years of professional experience in graphic design
● Solid understanding of digital media marketing
● Strong portfolio of previous work
● Experience of working within design &/or brand &/or marketing team/agency
● Strong visual design skills - Type, colour, layout, hierarchy - Iconography and illustration
● Ability to rapidly conceive, visualise and iterate designs in a shared environment
● Excellent communication skills
● Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
