Job Description
We are looking for an experienced designer and content strategist to join the FlyFairTravels for Business Marketing team. The Marketing Design Lead will work closely with marketers to deliver a content and design strategy that aligns with their business and marketing objectives. This role will be responsible for trend spotting, ideation, creative development, and execution of relevant marketing content. The role will be responsible for managing a team of designers. They should be highly collaborative and excellent at partnering internally with our marketers, other writers, designers, and digital experts, as well as with external agencies and vendors, to produce high-quality content.
Oversee the FlyFairTravels for Business Marketing shared services design team at FFT, including day to day management, prioritization, and personnel activities.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to deliver on a content and design strategy.
Required
• Prior experience in Travel Industry is a must for candidates applying for the Role.
• Bachelor's Degree Or relevant prior work experience
• Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media Arts, Creative/Design or similar
• 6 months+ of relevant design experience, preferably UX
• Creative design programs (Adobe Suite preferred)
• Project management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• People leadership skills
