Position Overview:
As a Graphic Designer at Master Bazar Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and effective design materials that align with our clients' brand identities and digital marketing strategies. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of design projects, from digital to print, helping us communicate our clients' messages to their target audiences effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the marketing team and clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Create eye-catching and innovative designs for digital and print materials, including but not limited to:Social media graphics
• Website banners
• Email campaigns
• Advertisements
• Infographics
• Ensure that all design work adheres to clients' brand guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
• Review and provide feedback on design drafts, making necessary revisions to meet quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
• A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Positive attitude and a passion for creativity.
