Barsys is seeking a full-time Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. In this role, you will collaborate with the creative and marketing to craft exceptional visual content that supports the company's marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceive and execute creative concepts and designs for a range of marketing materials, including social media content, the website, and email campaigns.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Establish and uphold design standards to maintain consistency across all materials.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements, introducing fresh ideas to the team.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Gain a deep understanding of target audiences and marketing strategy to deliver high-quality results that immediately impact consumers positively, promoting our products and services.
• Prepare finished files that comply with correct output specifications.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 2 years of graphic design experience and a genuine passion for design.
• Strong affinity for layout, typography, and idea generation.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Confidence in contributing innovative ideas and creativity to projects while adhering to a broad range of design guidelines for various design collateral.
• Effective organization and prioritization skills.
• Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills.
