Job Description
As a Graphic Designer, you will be part of a fast-paced and ever-changing environment and create high quality compelling creative work. You will work with our different business verticals on design projects end-to-end by executing complex and ambiguous briefs with mínimal direction by translating business language and processes into creative ideas, concepts and engaging stories.
- Creating compelling holistic visual creative solutions including branding and logos, brochures, infographics, iconography, (interactive) presentations,social media banners/posters, data visualization, corporate communications, web banners, marketing and event material etc.
- Having the ability to work on projects from creative brief to final deliverable, selecting and developing assets, and executing final production (therefore strong understanding of digital and print ready artwork preparation; bleeds, and related color and image operations)
- Having a sharp eye for layout design and awareness of graphic design trends, as well as selecting photography, develop icons and graphics, and coordinate final print production
- Translating business language, processes and complex ideas into beautiful visualizations and compelling visual stories, balancing creativity, design thinking and innovation with business acumen
- Drawing skills with an attention to detail by hand and digital sketching software like Illustrator and Photoshop
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
- Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
- College degree in a graphic design or closely-related discipline
- 2+ years' experience in a graphic design role
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Applications (PowerPoint/Excel)
- Accuracy using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Office Applications (PowerPoint/Excel'”Charts)
- Must exhibit teamwork with internal clients and other members of the creative team, take direction yet make decisions independently
- Exceptional attention to detail, capable of delivering error free content
