Job Title: Graphic Designer

Position Type: Full-time
Experience: At Least a Minimum of 5 years in the field of graphic designing
Education: Preferably a degree in Mass Communication and a certified course in Graphic Design from a reputed institute.
Sector: Social Sector (Preferred)
About Us:
Toxics Link is a Delhi based Environmental Research NGO. We are a group working together for environmental justice and freedom from toxics and are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our communications and information team and contribute to our mission through creative and impactful visual communication.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Graphics and Content:
• Create visually engaging and informative social media posts, reels, and videos.
• Manage the design elements for all our social media platforms.
• Develop visually appealing graphics to accompany environmental awareness campaigns.
Print Collateral:
• Design reports, newsletters, brochures, pamphlets, and posters for various environmental projects and initiatives.
Website Design:
• Collaborate with our web development team to design and update our organization’s website for a user-friendly and visually appealing online presence.
Adobe Design Tools:
Proficiently use Adobe Creative Suite tools, with a strong emphasis on Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Experience in the social sector or working with non-profit organizations is preferred.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative and impactful graphic design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
• Passion for environmental sustainability and a commitment to our mission is a plus.
