Job Title: Graphic Designer
Work location: Kirti Nagar, Delhi
Working days & timings: Monday – Friday in office (1st & 3rd Saturday are work from home), 10am – 7pm
Position Overview:
As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing content for our marketing efforts. You will be responsible for designing posts, reels, ads on Meta (Instagram & Facebook), and providing support for new product launches and events. We are looking for a candidate with 2-4 years of experience in graphic design who can bring their creativity, innovation, and technical skills to enhance our brand presence and engage our target audience effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Create visually stunning and compelling graphics for our social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook. This includes designing posts, reels, and ads that resonate with our target audience.
• Assist in the design of graphics and promotional materials for new product launches, ensuring that the visual content effectively conveys the product's features and benefits.
• Design event-specific materials, including banners, flyers, and digital assets for promotional events, ensuring a consistent and eye-catching visual presence.
• Uphold and reinforce brand guidelines in all design work to ensure a cohesive and professional image across all marketing channels.
• Work closely with business team to understand campaign objectives and deliver designs that align with our brand messaging and business goals.
Qualifications:
• 2-4 years of job experience in graphic and "motion graphic".
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory.
• Experience with social media content design and digital ads, especially on Instagram and Facebook.
• Knowledge of video editing and animation is a plus.
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
• A behance portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.
