As a Graphic Designer at Phlox, you will play a crucial role in bringing our clients' visions to life through creative and visually compelling designs. You will collaborate closely with our team of experts to develop innovative solutions that resonate with our clients' target audiences and drive engagement.
Responsibilities:
Create visually stunning designs for various marketing collateral, including but not limited to: social media graphics, print materials, digital advertisements, branding assets, and website elements.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' industries, target audiences, and market trends to inform design decisions and ensure relevance.
Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and mediums, while continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and push creative boundaries.
Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and software to enhance skills and contribute fresh ideas to the team.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
