The Role:
We are looking for a versatile Graphic Designer to join our creative team. Unlike a purely technical production role, this position requires a creative problem solver who can take a project from concept to completion. You will work on a diverse range of collateral, from retail campaigns and flyers to branding, social media assets, and web graphics. If you are an adaptable creative who loves variety and wants to exercise your design muscles across both print and digital landscapes, this is the role for you.
Core Responsibilities
Design: Conceptualize and execute creative designs for a variety of media, including retail flyers, brochures, POS materials, social media graphics, website banners, and email marketing.
Creative Strategy: Collaborate with the team to develop fresh visual concepts that solve client marketing challenges.
Brand Stewardship: Visual identities for our clients, ensuring consistency in typography, imagery, and voice across all touchpoints.
Print & Digital Production: Maintain high technical standards. While creativity is key, you must also be capable of preparing print-ready files and optimizing assets for digital platforms.
Collaboration: Work closely with Project Coordinators and the creative team to brainstorm ideas and ensure deliverables meet client deadlines and budgets.
Who You Are:
You are Versatile: You have a strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of skills, not just page layout, but branding, typography, and digital design.
You are Detail-Oriented: You have a creative eye, but you also understand the importance of technical precision (grids, bleeds, and resolution).
You are an Adobe Power-User: You are fluent in the Creative Cloud trio: InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
You are Adaptable: You can switch gears quickly between a structured retail layout and a creative social media campaign without missing a beat.
You are Local: You can reliably commute to our Burlington office 3 days a week (Hybrid schedule).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
