As a Graphic Designer, you will lead creative execution across digital, print, and branding projects. In addition to mentoring junior designers and ensuring visual excellence, you’ll be expected to leverage Generative AI tools to enhance design efficiency, ideation, and output.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and is passionate about fusing traditional design expertise with the emerging power of AI (Artificial Intelligence).
Key Responsibilities
✅ Design & Creative Execution
Create high-quality visual assets: illustrations, icons, logos, brand identities, packaging, and digital creatives.
Lead the visual direction for marketing campaigns across digital and print formats.
Use AI-powered tools like Midjourney, Firefly, or Runway to generate concept art, prototypes, or variations that push creative boundaries.
Translate abstract ideas into polished visual solutions with a modern aesthetic.
✅ AI (Artificial Intelligence) Integration & Innovation
Stay ahead of the curve by experimenting with emerging AI tools that support image generation, layout automation, mockups, and more.
Promote the use of AI as a design ally, not a replacement, and train the team on efficient AI-integrated workflows.
✅ Branding & Consistency
Maintain brand guidelines and ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
Create and evolve design systems that scale across campaigns and mediums.
✅ Collaboration & Feedback
Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and clients to bring concepts to life.
Communicate visual ideas clearly to internal teams and external stakeholders.
✅ Trend Awareness
Monitor industry trends, digital design shifts, and creative best practices.
Research new AI-enhanced design methodologies to keep our creative output competitive and forward-thinking.
Requirements
Experience & Skills
2–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Visual Communication Designer.
Mandatory: Prior experience in a creative or advertising agency. (Applications without this will not be considered.)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, or similar.
Strong portfolio featuring branding, digital campaigns, and AI-enhanced creative projects.
Solid understanding of typography, visual hierarchy, layout design, and color theory.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or related fields.
Soft Skills
Creative thinker with a futuristic mindset and curiosity for innovation.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Strong communication and presentation skills for internal reviews and client interactions.
Team player with mentoring capability and a proactive attitude.
