Job Summary for Graphic Designer

Being a full-range media company, we work in a fast-paced environment to provide all kinds of services including but not limited to all format advertising solutions (print, electronic and digital), designing, printing & publishing, market research, events, and event management consultancy services to our clients, therefore, Graphic Designer will be required to get off to a fast start as and when we bring on a new project or client.

We're looking for those candidates who can take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts and other designs like Logos, Company Collaterals, ads, banners, social media posts, flyers, thumbnails for YouTube, profile & cover photos for social media platforms.

The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles to create visually appealing and well-structured designs which include how to bring together lines, colours, shapes, scale typography, textures, dominance, emphasis, and harmony . They must understand how marketing campaigns work, especially in the education and education abroad sector, to support our clients who, primarily, are educational institutions.

Prime consideration will be given to applicants who have experience in collaborative design & development environments in large teams.

Responsibilities and Duties for Graphic Designer Role

The responsibilities and duties of a Graphic Designer include-

v Capable to complete projects right from ideation to final product or media asset design.

v Capable to work, simultaneously, on more than 5 projects based on client workload from time to time;

v Excellent at creating visual aspects of websites, marketing materials, and other media assets including infographics

v Putting together disparate ready to use elements of a design such as webpages, icons, logos, banners, photographs and other components necessary for a website design

v Capable of interacting with different teams of our clients like marketing, copywriting and sales teams to create cohesive designs for branding of our clients.
