Duties:
The main duties include but are not limited to the following:
• Work closely with the architectural team in the preparation of 3D visualisation.
• Derive the concepts and initial design intent and apply this into a graphic form and into high quality photo-realistic still and 3d walk-throughs.
Candidate Specification
Candidate Profile:
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Architectural Visualization.
• Proven ability to create highly photorealistic stills and 3d walk-throughs
• Practical experience of Rendering through V-Ray and 3ds Max.
• Practical experience of 3D Modelling, Texturing, lighting, and Animation.
• Practical experience of Post-Processing in Photoshop.
• Knowledge of Augmented Reality (AR), Microsimulation and Virtual Reality (VR)
Skillset required:
• Computer Generated Imagery
• Photomontage
• Microsimulation
• Good Knowledge of organic and inorganic modelling.
• Ability to achieve high quality and realistic texturing, lighting.
• Implement virtual reality and reality capture solutions (e.g., laser scanning,360 cameras).
• Development of VR/AR using Unity3D. Software Knowledge:
• 3D Max, Vray
• SketchUp, Revit
• Rhino, Grasshopper
• Photoshop,
• Unreal Engine
• Twin motion
• Unity3D
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Aftereffects
• Adobe Premier pro
