Note: Candidate must be comfortable with working till late hours/odd hours, whenever/if required. However, compensation off would be given in correspondence to late work or night work.

Job Description:
1. Creative self-sufficient and Concept- driven designer with strong working Knowledge of social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Linkedin, Youtube, etc. Illustrate a concept by designing a rough layout of an art copy with regard to arrangement, size, type size, style, and related aesthetic concepts for all social media platforms.
2. Idealization, conceptualization, and production of Print collateral like leaflets, banners, posters, visiting cards, dockets, books, standees, marketing materials, etc.
3. Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters photographers, other designers, web developers, and marketing heads.
4. Ability to present ideas and create new designs.
5. This role requires someone who thrives on variety, tight deadlines, demanding projects, and never runs out of creative ideas.
6. You will work on a variety of projects including Presentations, Infographics, Newsletters, factsheets, Brochures, etc.
7. Must have in-depth experience in understanding the importance of creative content that appeals to a digitally native audience across various social platforms, Google, websites, and other digital mediums.
8. Projects include, but are not limited to: presentation and template design; package design, the design of branded/promotional items; brochure, mailers, and various collateral design; logo design and/or refresh; signage design; invitation design; promotional videos.
Desirable:
• Graduate in any field - Professional certification in creative designing tools is preferred.
• In-depth ability and expertise in CorelDraw, Adobe PhotoShop, In-Design, and Illustrator with a minimum work experience of 1-year.
• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software - Photoshop, CorelDRAW, illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic designing software should be known.
• Must have Knowledge of Automotive Graphics and Digital, Offset & Screen Printing.
• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
• Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
