Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer at Mad Influence. As a Graphic designer, your tasks will consist of creating visually engaging, innovative and creative graphics including illustrations, layouts, social media posts, creatives, and other marketing assets. You will work closely with the team to ensure high-quality design deliverables and contribute to the overall success of influencer marketing.
Role & Responsibilities
• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off
• Generate clear ideas, concepts and designs of creative assets from beginning to end.
• Work with copywriters and executives to produce the final design
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
• Ensure the designs and content is visually appealing and maintains quality standards.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• 2-4 years of experience in visual designing or similar
• Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong portfolio
• Creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Prior experience in working with Media agencies (preferably an influencer agency)
• Awareness of current trends in design and technology
• Out of the box thinking is a must
• Understands strict deadlines and delivers accordingly
• Excellent knowledge of Social media platforms
