Job Description
Brand Monkey is seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of aesthetics, and a passion for creating visually compelling designs. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing various marketing materials, including digital and print assets, that align with our clients' branding goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute creative concepts for a wide range of design projects, including logos, brochures, social media graphics, websites, and more.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and clients to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet their objectives.
• Create and refine brand identities, ensuring consistency across all visual elements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into design practices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Prepare and present design concepts to clients, incorporating feedback to refine and finalize designs.
• Work closely with printers, vendors, and other external partners to ensure accurate production of printed materials.
• Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a branding or advertising agency.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Knowledge of web design and UI/UX principles is a plus.
