Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Graphics Designer to join our team. The Graphics Designer will be responsible for creating visual assets for various marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, website banners, digital advertisements, and other promotional materials. The Graphics Designer will work closely with the marketing team to understand their requirements and develop visually appealing and engaging graphics that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

· Create visually appealing graphics for marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, website banners, digital advertisements, and other promotional materials.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to understand their requirements and translate them into visually compelling graphics that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.

· Develop graphics that are optimized for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.

· Maintain consistency in brand identity and visual elements across all marketing materials.

· Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure that our graphics are modern, relevant, and visually appealing.

· Review and provide feedback on marketing materials developed by other team members to ensure quality and consistency.

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and web development teams, to ensure that the graphics are integrated effectively into marketing campaigns.

· Create and maintain a library of design assets, including images, icons, and templates, for use in marketing materials.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.

· Proven experience as a Graphics Designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment.

· Strong portfolio of previous design work demonstrating proficiency in creating visually appealing graphics for marketing campaigns.

· Proficiency in using design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other graphic design tools.

· Knowledge of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout.

· Familiarity with social media platforms and digital advertising requirements.

· Ability to understand marketing objectives and translate them into visually compelling graphics.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills.

· Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

· Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual elements.

· Knowledge of web design principles and experience with HTML/CSS is a plus.
