Job Description
• Conceptualize and design graphics, GIFs and videos for multiple channels including digital, print and social media
• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Proficiency in designing innovative and high-impact videos in line with the BharatPe brand
• Well-versed with various video formats to be able to create a portfolio of videos for the brand
• Skilled editing of videos for YouTube and other social media channels
• Ability to understand storyline to craft impactful storytelling videos (with logical sequencing)
• Manage multiple projects and revisions while adhering to tight deadlines
• Collaborate with the internal teams on projects deadlines
We Are Looking For
• Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut)
• Ability to input audio, graphics and effects in videos, as per requirements
• Good time-management skills and ability to juggle between multiple deadlines
• Closely interact with marketing and communication teams to analyze and understand brief requirements
• Creative mind with storytelling skills
Desired Candidate Profile
• Graduate degree with proven work experience in video creation and editing
• Minimum 3+years full time experience
• A great portfolio that demonstrates video making/editing experience and a deep understanding of the latest trends and practices in the video domain
