Position Overview:
We seek a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team to create visually appealing and impactful strategies for our growing D2C beauty & wellness startup. In addition, the Graphic Designer will work closely with our marketing, product, and sales teams to develop engaging print materials that effectively convey our brand's messaging and identity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually appealing print designs that align with our brand identity, marketing strategies, and product requirements.
• Design various print materials, including packaging, promotional materials, POS displays, brochures, and other collateral.
• Please ensure all print designs follow established brand guidelines, production standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Proactively manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in print design, incorporating new ideas and techniques as appropriate.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Functional Skillsets:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in print design, preferably within the beauty and wellness industry.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) and other design tools.
• Comprehensive understanding of print production processes, including pre-press, printing, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
