Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer – Print Media from an advertising agency background (preferably INS Accredited) who specializes in creating high-quality print designs such as tender notices, newspaper advertisements, government ads, brochures, and other print collaterals. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise and a deep understanding of print production standards and publication guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop print creatives including: Tender notices, Newspaper advertisements (B&W and color), Government and public sector ads.
• Ensure all designs comply with government/DAVP publication norms, size specifications, and deadlines.
• Work closely with client servicing and content teams to interpret briefs accurately.
• Prepare final artworks for print, ensuring correct dimensions, bleed, margins, and color formats.
• Coordinate with print vendors and production teams for output-related requirements.
• Manage multiple design tasks under tight deadlines, especially for daily newspaper ads.
• Maintain design consistency and brand guidelines across all print materials.
• Make quick revisions and corrections as per client and publication feedback.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
• 3–6 years of experience in an advertising agency, specifically in print media design.
• Expert-level proficiency in CorelDRAW (mandatory).
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Proven experience designing tender notices and newspaper advertisements.
• Strong understanding of print production processes, color modes (CMYK), and publication requirements.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
