Responsibilities and Duties
The responsibilities include managing all graphic design tasks, refining projects, and drafts, and generating creative ideas.
Ø Conceptualizes, plans, designs, and produces a wide range of specialized graphic, typesetting, and/or illustrative material, to include multimedia concepts; writes and edits basic copy.
Ø Works with the administration team to ascertain needs and to develop graphic directions, concepts, and specifications for assigned projects.
Ø Plans production schedules for the various steps in the design process; participates in the production and/or marketing planning group sessions and meetings.
Ø Oversees and coordinates the production process; develops and writes printing and/or other production specifications, and selects appropriate production media and materials, such as ink and paper; inspects proofs for accuracy and adherence to appropriate production standards.
Ø Provides creative and technical advice and guidance and serves as liaison with production assistants.
Ø Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects and keeping up to date with industry developments
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
Ø Minimum graduate or equivalent Graphic Design qualification
Ø Good command over written and spoken English
Ø High technical aptitude and portfolio with design projects
Ø Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer with image design tools e.g Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Ø A keen eye for visual details and aesthetic skills
Ø Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members
Ø Self-motivated and self-managed approach with a high degree of analytical and problem-solving ability
Ø Solid priority management and time management skills, with the ability to recalibrate quickly according to changing conditions
Ø A team-oriented approach towards problem-solving
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
