Role - Graphic Designer
Location – S.B. Road, Pune (Hybrid)
Zinrelo is an enterprise-grade, SaaS-based loyalty platform that helps brands launch holistic rewards programs. Zinrelo combines technology with deep data analytics and ongoing strategy consultation to unlock multiple dimensions of loyalty, including transactional, social, advocacy, engagement, behavioral, and emotional. Zinrelo has worked with thousands of brands globally over the last 14 years.

We are looking for creative graphic designers who will help create an impact with the designs across different platforms for Zinrelo. She/he will play an integral role in our goal for customers to perceive Zinrelo as a brand that caters to the enterprise segment.
We are looking for
A graphic designer with 3-5 years of experience. An expert when it comes to visual designing and prototyping. You are a hands-on designer and a great team player too. Like working with various teams at any given time. As a designer, you are confident and show passion in explaining your design ideas while discussing them with various stakeholders. This opportunity will give you exposure to designing a variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.
Below are the skills essential for this role –
Design Education
You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Visual Design, HCI or Graphic Design. Not compulsory, but great to have UI-related certification either from Interaction Design Foundation or Human Factors International.
Software Proficiency
Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe XD, PowerPoint Presentation, Microsoft Word
UI Skills
Landing pages, Web-Pages, Mobile Apps, End User Dashboards.
Visual Design Skills
Understanding of Typography, colors, grids, and layouts for mobile/web, different design systems, creating style-guide, pixel-perfect icons.
You will be reporting to the Director of Marketing and will be responsible for driving the design language for the following areas:
Your typical day at Zinrelo will be like:
Designing for Marketing
Creative ideas for Landing pages, Website, eBooks, social media creatives, Case-studies, and Whitepapers.
You will be responsible for all design-related aspects of the Zinrelo website
Conducting regular website audit will be your responsibility
Responsible for designing videos, presentations, infographics, and various other business collaterals
Designing for the Partner Marketing Team
Create partner collaterals- leaflets, social media posts, case studies, blogs, webpages, etc.
Requirements
A strong eye for visual composition.
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
