Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, typography, colour, and visual aesthetics. You will be responsible for creating compelling and innovative visual design solutions that meet the branding and marketing needs of our company. Key Responsibilities: Design Creation and Execution: • Develop and produce visual assets for a variety of media including web, print, social, email, presentations, and more. • Create engaging designs with a clear message and strong visual appeal. • Ensure consistency of brand and creativity across various touchpoints. Collaboration and Feedback: • Collaborate closely with marketing, content, product, and other teams to ensure designs align with company objectives, and brand standards, and are effective for the desired medium. • Participate in regular design reviews and be willing to accept and integrate feedback. Branding: • Help in defining and evolving the company's brand guidelines. • Ensure that all outputs meet established brand standards and guidelines. Project Management: • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Coordinate with external vendors or contractors as needed. Stay Updated: • Keep abreast of design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to stay competitive and relevant in the market. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent experience). • [4-8] years of professional graphic design experience. • Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other graphic design tools. • Strong understanding of colour theory, typography, and layout principles. • Experience with web design and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. • Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate design rationales. • Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks. • A portfolio that showcases a range of design styles and projects
