🛠 Skills & Tools Required:

Design Tools Proficiency:

• Figma (for UI/UX)

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW (for Graphic Design)

• Canva, After Effects, Premiere Pro (Bonus for creatives & motion graphics)

UX/UI Design Capabilities:

• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes

• Design intuitive interfaces for web & mobile applications

• Understand user behavior to solve UX problems and improve user journeys

• Create storyboards, sitemaps, process flows, and responsive designs

Graphic Design Expertise:

• Create branding assets like logos, brochures, banners, and social media creatives

• Design visually engaging marketing materials for digital and print

• Develop and follow brand guidelines for consistent visual identity

Communication & Collaboration:

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams

• Translate ideas and requirements into impactful visual and interactive solutions

• Present design drafts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively

Time Management:

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

📁 Experience & Portfolio:

• 1 to 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX and graphic design roles

• A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing UI designs, prototypes, and creative graphics is mandatory
