Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with prior experience in the real estate sector, particularly in working with developers. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing brochures, brand books, marketing collaterals, and digital creatives. You must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma, with a keen eye for visual consistency and brand aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design and develop high-quality brochures, brand books, flyers, hoardings, and other marketing collaterals.
· Ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all design assets.
· Collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and branding teams to translate concepts into visually engaging designs.
· Create layouts for print and digital platforms, ensuring optimum clarity and appeal.
· Manage multiple projects and deliver creative assets within deadlines.
· Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques relevant to real estate and luxury branding.
Requirements:
· 4–8 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate or agency with developer clients.
· Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
· Strong portfolio demonstrating work on real estate brochures, brand identity, and promotional materials.
· Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
· Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate design solutions quickly.
· Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
Preferred:
· Knowledge of video editing tools like Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus.
· Experience working on luxury real estate projects or with developers is highly desirable.
