URGENT OPENING FOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER (REAL ESTAT)
LOCATION - Thane
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Knowledge and experience of creating marketing material, common business collateral, basic copywriting, branding and editing & working with images.
· Should have knowledge in working/designing in real estate field.
· Excellence experience with designing tools: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Lightroom Classic.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest design trends.
· Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards.
· In-depth understanding of design
· Responsible for understanding requirements, visualising, and creating graphics including logos, layouts, and photos.
· Ability to create creative designs for Social Media, websites, etc.
· Must have Knowledge and skills in designing & developing Print Media Graphics.
· Must have good knowledge of Typography, Alignment & Colour Theory.
· Keen eye on Design & Details.
Skills Required:
· Must 2-year experience, ideally within Graphic Design and Web Design.
· Multi-tasker who can work within tight deadlines.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can articulate your ideas to different stakeholders.
· Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Lightroom.
· Experience within Real Estate would be highly valuable.
· Strong attention to detail and delivers work that is of a high standard.
· Adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
· Self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience.
