Job Description
Position Overview:
To produce high-quality design deliverables including PowerPoint presentations, marketing/internal comms emailers, social media posts, and interactive web graphics efficiently and effectively as a key member of the Sales Enablement team’s Design wing.
Experience : 2 to 4 years
Responsibilities
• Apply our branding consistently across all forms of visual content
• Liaise with colleagues to translate briefs into effective designs that meet communication objectives, creative, and technical requirements
• Design layouts for thought leadership, whitepapers, and various research-intensive PowerPoint decks
• Collaborate and brainstorm with the content and research teams to create designs for their product offerings
• Create attractive and compact PowerPoint presentations for internal use, client presentations, and pitch documents
• Produce infographics and diagrams that communicate information and concepts simply and effectively to the target audience
• Support every part of the design process; from concept creation to execution and be eager to take up a wide variety of projects
• Frequently interact with global stakeholders within dentsu and work collaboratively with them to develop the best designs
Qualifications
Skillset & Software Expertise
• Excellent skills in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft PowerPoint
• Experience in visual design and motion graphics including video and animation production would be a bonus but is not essential
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic, Communication Design or Marketing
• Understanding of print and digital media
• Creative flair and a strong eye for detail
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest design trends
• Fluency in English is a must
• Interest in working in a creative role and have an online portfolio showing visual design expertise and design-thinking
• An efficient team player
