About the Role
Are you passionate about design, digital content, and strategy development? Blushing Effect is expanding, and we’re looking for a proactive Graphic Designer eager to contribute not only to the creative process but also to the coordination and supervision of key projects.
Responsibilities
Creative & Production:
Graphic design: presentations, branding, assets, websites
Content creation for social media (Reels, photos, edits, assets)
Research of visual trends, campaigns, and brand inspiration
Creative concept development
Support in photoshoots from concept to execution
Content calendar creation and caption writing
Social media management support
Event coordination and execution
Team Support:
Assist and supervise the creative team on key projects
Quality control of deliverables
Support onboarding and evaluation of new collaborators
Optimize internal workflows and team efficiency
Suggest improvements for tools, systems, and documentation
Requirements
Fluent in Spanish and English
Background in graphic design
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom)
Experience with Canva
Knowledge of video editing platforms (Splice, Premiere Pro, Edits, or Final Cut)
A portfolio is required for consideration.
