What you’ll do
Requirements:
Degree, B.Tech (Proven 2+experience) as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio
showcasing both print and UI design expertise.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,
Illustrator, InDesign) and UI/UX design tools (Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD).
Solid understanding of print production processes and color management.
Familiarity with user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional
teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment.
A keen eye for detail, creativity, and a passion for staying up-to-date with design trends and
emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for marketing collateral, brochures, flyers,
posters, banners, etc.
Develop eye-catching packaging designs for products, adhering to industry standards and
regulations.
Work with external printing vendors to ensure high-quality production and timely delivery of
print materials.
Stay updated with the latest print design trends, techniques, and technologies to enhance
our creative output.
Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications that provide seamless user
experiences.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts
and interactions.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of
designs across our various products.
Maintain and strengthen the company's visual brand identity, ensuring consistency across all
design touchpoints.
Create and update brand guidelines as a reference for internal and external stakeholders.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns that align with the brand's
identity.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design ideas and concepts.
Offer creative input and feedback to junior designers, providing mentorship and fostering a
collaborative design environment.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve and provide
