JOB DESCRIPTION:
Conceptualize and Design: Create visually engaging and innovative graphics for digital and print
materials, including websites, social media, brochures, posters and advertisements.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all design elements adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a
cohesive visual identity across all platforms.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communication,
and product teams, to understand project requirements and objectives.
Creative Input: Provide creative input and ideas during brainstorming sessions, contributing to
the overall development of marketing campaigns and materials.
Software Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe
Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premier Pro) and other relevant tools.
Deadline Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work
within specified timelines.
Feedback Incorporation: Receive feedback from team members and stakeholders and
incorporate changes to improve designs.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, design best practices, and emerging
technologies to continually enhance skills and stay relevant.
