Role Overview
BNI is seeking a creative and proactive Graphic Designer & Social Media Executive to design engaging visual content and manage our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong creative skills, an eye for detail, and a good understanding of current digital and social media trends.
Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design
· Design visually engaging creatives for social media posts, banners, advertisements, presentations, and other marketing materials
· Create designs for digital campaigns, events, and brand promotions
· Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all visual content
· Edit images and videos as required
Social Media Management
· Manage and update social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
· Plan, schedule, and publish content on a regular basis
· Write engaging captions, hashtags, and basic content aligned with the brand tone
· Monitor engagement, insights, and performance of social media activities
· Coordinate with internal teams to execute campaigns effectively
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
· Basic knowledge of video editing and reel creation (After Effects / Premiere Pro is a plus)
· Good understanding of social media trends and algorithms
· Strong creativity with attention to detail
· Effective communication and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience managing corporate or brand social media accounts
· Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
