Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Creative Content & Social Media Manager to lead our brand’s digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing compelling visual content, managing social media platforms, and executing content strategies that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design & Visual Branding
Design high-quality creatives for social media, advertisements, brochures, website, and marketing campaigns
Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms
Develop engaging visual concepts aligned with company goals
Create reels, short videos, thumbnails, banners, and promotional material
Social Media Management
Manage and grow company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Plan and execute monthly content calendars
Write engaging captions and optimize posts for reach and engagement
Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions
Track analytics and generate performance reports
Content Strategy & Campaigns
Plan campaigns for admissions, university promotions, events, and announcements
Coordinate with operations/sales team for content ideas
Stay updated with social media trends and algorithm changes
Run basic paid ad campaigns (Meta/Instagram) if required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in graphic design and social media management
Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar
Basic video editing knowledge (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn algorithms
Excellent written communication skills (English required; Hindi/local language preferred)
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualities:
Understanding of education or study-abroad industry
Basic knowledge of branding and marketing strategy
Strong aesthetic sense and trend awareness
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
