Job Description:
As a Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager at Oni Tools, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our visual identity across various digital platforms. Your creative skills will be utilized to design engaging graphics, compelling visual content, and captivating social media campaigns. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing our social media channels, creating strategic content plans, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop visually appealing designs, including website banners, social media graphics, email templates, and other marketing collateral.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to enhance brand visibility and drive user engagement.
- Plan, schedule, and publish social media posts, while ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
- Monitor social media trends, identify opportunities for growth, and implement strategies to expand our online reach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated campaigns that align with company objectives.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and social media management.

Required Qualifications:
- Extensive graphic design experience, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Proven track record in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) for a business or brand.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and visual composition.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for different audiences.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
