Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and strategic Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager to lead YummySlice Pizza digital presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media campaigns, and enhancing brand visibility through innovative visual and written communication. This role requires a strong background in digital design, marketing, and social media strategy to connect with target audiences effectively and elevate our brand identity.
Duties
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with marketing goals
Create compelling content including graphics, videos, and written posts tailored for different platforms
Design UI elements, motion graphics, logos, and visual assets using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, CorelDRAW, and InVision
Manage content calendars and schedule posts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Monitor social media analytics to assess campaign performance and optimize future content
Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate social media campaigns with broader marketing initiatives
Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital design techniques to keep content fresh and innovative
Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages to foster community growth
Ensure all visual designs adhere to branding guidelines and maintain high-quality standards using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant tools
Requirements
Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio of digital design work
Proficiency in UI design, motion graphics, logo creation, and visual storytelling
Skilled in HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics for web-related content integration
Expertise in WordPress for website content management and updates
Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and campaign development
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, CorelDRAW, InVision for graphic design and visual content creation
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively
Familiarity with typography principles and overall graphic design best practices
Ability to analyze data from social media analytics tools to inform strategy adjustments
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
