Designer – CP&R sector
About The Opportunity
EY CP&R sector is seeking an energetic, confident visual designer with the ability to hit the ground running.
About You
• As a foundational member of this growing team, the individual will be responsible for creating best-in-class designs that will scale globally.
• The Designer should be an organized self-starter that can deal with ambiguity and a collaborator who has no problem presenting designs to company leaders.
• The Designer must adhere to strict deadlines, give significant attention to detail, and have the ability to work on multiple projects at once.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Uphold the EY GDS brand.
• Design and implement templates for PPT, banners, email newsletters, branded design collaterals like brochures, memos, reports etc.
• Develop videos and graphics for high-visibility communications
• Choose the right creative process for the design problem, largely independently.
• Initiate collaboration with peers and consultants to ensure high-quality, cohesive deliverables through the entire design process.
• Stay aware of latest design tools and their pros/cons.
• Regularly suggest, document, and implement new and improved design guidelines, style guides, methods, or processes.
• Synthesize and manage feedback to incorporate changes appropriately and iterate design accordingly.
• Regularly communicate project status to manager and consultants and seeks clarification when there is ambiguity.
• Plan and scope design work. Work creatively around difficult design limitations
• Meet deadlines, prioritize workloads, track engagement metrics, and maintain a strong attention to detail to meet organizational objectives and quality measures
• Experience communicating to a diverse, global audience.
• An enthusiasm for networking across all levels of the organization, across geographies and communication teams.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
