Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designers to join our team. As a fresher or 0-3 year experienced, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a talented group of designers, developers, and project managers. Your role will be to deliver work related to work seamlessly by meeting client’s vision.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Design and create visually appealing graphics for more than 15-20 things we make. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, tech) to understand project needs and deliver creatives accordingly
Follow brand guidelines while maintaining creativity and uniqueness in designs Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently
Receive and implement feedback from team leads and clients to improve visual output
Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and technologies
Qualifications and skills:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field OR Certification in graphic design courses is a plus.
Design Tools: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
Creativity: Strong sense of design, colour theory, typography, and composition. Attention to Detail: Ability to create polished, high-quality work.
Adaptability: Willingness to learn new tools and design techniques. Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to present ideas clearly.
Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Collaboration: Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to take constructive feedback.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
